Welcome to Tuggerah lakes Cruises, we are the only commercial passenger vessel operating upon the Tuggerah lakes system

Our comfortable, smooth riding 7.8 metre vessel is suited to private charters, small groups to a maximum of 12 passengers.

This size vessel means we can literally take you where ever you would like to go** in the Tuggerah or Budgewoi lakes

Wyong river & Ourimbah creek. The vessel has comfy lounge type seats, Cabin is fully enclosed, with huge windows all round

so you can enjoy the view without the wind.

Your Captain has over 160,000 hrs as a commercial vessel Master so you're in safe hands

he knows the out of the way spots, interesting riverfront houses

great waterfront eateries

or just where the Black Swan's or Pelicans hang out

so don't forget the camera !!

Terms and Conditions of Carriage

Tuggerah Lakes Cruises & Charters, a division of BHWT PTY LTD herein referred to as BHWT, will only confirm a charter or cruise transfer when BHWT has received a valid credit card number, expiry date and name on the card from the authorised card holder. By supplying credit card details the card holder accepts BHWT's Terms and Conditions.

Any bookings cancelled on the day of the transfer will incur a 100% charge, Any bookings cancelled on the day prior to the transfer may incur a 50% charge, all cancelations must be acknowledged by BHWT. All online bookings that are cancelled will incur a min.10% processing fee.

Payment must be made on board the Vessel, you can pay with all major credit cards, EFTPOS or cash.

Payments made on board via credit card attracts a 5% merchant fee. Cash & EFTPOS are Fee Free.

BHWT reserves the right to cancel or amend any transfer that may have been booked, on the basis of sea safety, poor visibility conditions or if BHWT is unable to do the booked transfer for any reason, such decisions are solely the vessel's masters decision.

BHWT reserves the right to refuse embarkation of any person that may appear intoxicated or drug affected. BHWT accepts no liability for refusing carriage of any such person whether they were indeed intoxicated or drug affected or not, such determination is solely at the master's discretion.

BHWT reserves the right to not embark or disembark passengers at any wharf, beach, pontoon or onto any vessel if the master deems such landing or berthing to present any danger to his vessel or the safety of his passengers such decisions are solely at the master's discretion at the time, if such a situation occurs BHWT will convey those passengers on board to the nearest possible safe point of disembarkation.

Please ensure that your group is ready to depart at the booked time. BHWT charters commence at the booked time.

BHWT reserves the right to change these terms and conditions with out notice. Terms and Conditions are displayed on board each vessel and on our website, copies are available from our office. These terms and conditions are specific to BHWT and may not be copied for any reason without written approval from BHWT.
